The connection: Lightning (iPhone / iPad) comes out directly when the USB port is disassembled, unfolding it downwards. A small lightning-type connector unfolds there.
On iPhone/iPad, you need to wait a few seconds until the download notification for the Y-DISK application pops up.
If Y-DISK doesn't appear directly, you can search for it in the App Store and download the application.
On devices with a Type-C connection, it is not necessary to download an application, since it automatically detects it as external memory when connected. It may be necessary to access the settings (Menu - Settings) of the Android smartphone and enable OTG connection.
The files will be located in the "file manager" or similar, depending on the device.
Type-C: the device must have OTG (On the go) technology for connecting external memory. Most smartphones and tablets from 2019 onwards usually have it.
